Standard Delivery Fees

Our courier of choice is Pass the Parcel. Our shipping rates are based on their Current parcel rates As at 2024.

Expected delivery in 4-6 business days

For rural deliveries there is a rural fee of $3.20

Expected delivery in 4-8 business days.

Non Arrival, Loss or Damage during Transit

All Shipments are covered by the The Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, any Non Arrival, loss or damage please contact us and we shall lodge a claim with the courier, we have contracted, we may require photos of damage, so please do not discard any packaging until matter is settled.

Refunds

Repairs, replacements, and refunds are known as remedies. You can ask for a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). You should be able to get a repair, replacement, or refund if:

• products or services don't do what they are meant to or are defective.
• products or services are different from their description, for example, on packaging or in advertising.
• products don't match the sample or model you were shown.
• products or services are not reasonably fit for a particular purpose you told the seller about.
• delivery never arrives, or products are damaged in transit.

Not covered

Esdotia is not legally required to give you a refund or replacement if you have just changed your mind.

If a refund is given and accepted, then we aim to provide this within 2 business days.
